Our studio at Oudegracht 188 is centrally located, which keeps travel time manageable for site visits throughout Utrecht province. Most projects fall within a 25 km radius, though we occasionally take on terrace work further afield when the scope justifies it.
Site consultations within Utrecht city are included in the quoted service price. For locations outside the city ring, we may add a modest travel fee — this is always stated in your quote before you confirm.
Roof terrace projects require building access and, where applicable, VvE approval. We are familiar with the documentation commonly requested by Utrecht apartment associations.
