From first visit to planting plan — how we work with you on gardens and terraces.
You describe your outdoor space by email or phone. We ask about size, access, existing features, and how you want to use the garden or terrace. If it sounds like a fit, we schedule a site consultation (€120) or advisory session.
We visit your property in Utrecht or the surrounding area. During 90 minutes we measure, note soil conditions, observe drainage after recent rain where possible, and discuss maintenance expectations.
Within five working days you receive a written summary and, if proceeding, a quote for the agreed scope — whether that is a €680 planting refresh or a €4,200 full garden package.
We prepare a scaled layout showing paths, beds, seating areas, and key planting zones. For terrace projects, this includes container positions and weight notes. You review and provide feedback.
Final drawings include a plant list with quantities, spacing, and seasonal interest notes. Hard landscaping materials are specified with dimensions and laying guidance for your contractor.
You receive digital and printed documents. We can brief your contractor on site if arranged separately. Advisory sessions at €95/h remain available for questions during implementation.
